Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
Pokémon Mystery Packs and Trading Cards
All mystery pack sales are final. Mystery packs contain 34 randomized cards and contents may vary. We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, or values unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
