All Sales Final
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, and mystery products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Returns on Opened Products
Opened products, mystery packs, trading cards, and collectible items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Customers acknowledge that mystery pack contents are randomized and that specific cards, rarities, or values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product listing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jacobrleister@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review each claim and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution.
Chargebacks and Disputes
